Come join us this spring as we launch this new and exciting six week workshop. As a participant you'll learn and experience rhythm play.... a way to express inner emotions and fears in a safe and caring environment. This clinically proven program significantly reduces stress, increases self-esteem, bolsters the immune system and creates a stronger sense of community, all of which contribute to an overall improved sense of well-being.
No prior musical ability necessary and all instruments are provided. All you need to do is show up with an open heart and open mind.
