Rotary Names December Students of the Month

Hannah Kinniburgh of Enumclaw High School and Kelly Coyle of White River High School were recognized for their academic and extracurricular achievements.

The Enumclaw Rotary Club recognized the following students as Students of The Month at their December 15, 2011 meeting.

Hannah Kinniburgh, daughter of Carolyn and Gary Kinniburgh of Enumclaw, was the recipient from Enumclaw High School. A strong academic student and National Honor Society member, Hannah has a 3.89 high school GPA while also attending Green River Community College as a Running Start student. Her activities include Spanish Club, Key Club, swim team and is captain of the water polo team. Hannah is planning on attending a four year university this fall working towards a degree in history or English to then pursue teaching English as a second language.

Kelly Coyle, daughter of Debra and Tom Coyle of Buckley, was the recipient from White River High School. A strong academic student who has taken multiple advanced placement classes, Kelly has a 4.0 cumulative GPA. Athletically she participates on the gymnastics team, pole vaults on the track team and is a 3-year captain of the cross country team. Other school activities include Interact, Key Club and Student Council. Kelly plans to attend a four year university this fall with an interest in cardiovascular medicine and then hopes to go on to medical school.
