Students Back in School as Weather Gets Hotter

High school VP reminds students not to wear "skimpy" clothes.

School opened Tuesday in Enumclaw to hot temperatures and the forecast calls for it to get even hotter later this week.

But other than that, schools Superintendent Mike Nelson said the first day went off without a hitch.

Enumclaw High School Vice President Paul Iacobuzzi said rooms that face the sun have shades that can be pulled down to keep students cool. And many teachers have fans in their rooms for really hot days.

Iacobuzzi cautioned that students need to remember to follow the dress code. He said some students try to wear "skimpy" clothes on hot days.
