Come see a world-class jazz performance by some of Seattle and New York's best musicians.

As the month of April which is Jazz Appreciation Month wraps up, White River High School is hosting a world-class jazz performance by some of Seattle and New York's best musicians Saturday afternoon, including:

  • Randy Burgeson on trumpet
  • David Marriott on trombone
  • Christian Fabian on bass
  • Steve Treseler on the tenor sax
  • Chris Morton on piano
  • Ed Littlefield on drums

As a culmination of the jazz workshop that will be taking place in the building all day, these clinicians will be presenting an afternoon concert that will also feature students from the days' workshop groups.

The concert is open to the public and there is a suggested donation of $5 to help cover the cost to run the workshop, which is sponsored by the White River School District in partnership with the White River Education Foundation.
