EHS Girls Soccer and Volleyball Teams Win League Championships Tuesday

The post season is heating up for the Enumclaw High School Hornets. Here's what's coming up in the next few weeks.

Thank you to Enumclaw High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director Kevin Smith for passing along this bit of good news from Tuesday night:

Last night the Girls Soccer team defeated Decatur in an early evening game to win the league championship. They then returned to EHS to cheer on the Girls Volleyball team, as the volleyball team defeated Bonney Lake to force a 3-way tie for first place with Auburn Mountainview and Bonney Lake. Both teams then poised for the great dual league championship picture (included).

Cross Country:

  • Boys and Girls took 2nd place in league
  • Boys and Girls took 2nd place at SPSL-Seamount Sub-Districts

Boys Team: Alec Rhome, Chase Olson, Dylan Hamel, Eric Hamel, Peter Berger, Josh Sanders, Hayden Schmitt, Tyler Bogh, Kai Collingwood, and Brandon Vick.

Girls Team: Aleea Gwerder, Hannah Calvert, Abby Callison, Lindsay Ross, Amanda Stenslie, Riley Desmul, Peyton Vick, and Samantha Engebretsen.
