Enumclaw Boys Tee Off on Lakes to Raise Record to 6-0

Beau Brock has earned his way on to varsity and took medalist honors.

Enumclaw High School golf coach Bob Kilmer must be wondering what’s got into Beau Brock. Playing for the first time this year on varsity, Brock was the medalist, shooting a 35. He played junior varsity in previous matches, shooting a 44 and then a 40. Brock’s 1 under par led the Hornets to a 92-54 win over Lakes High School. The boys are now 6-0 on the season.

In setting a school record, Brock even beat Tyler Salsbury, the senior who has a state championship in his resume, along with a scholarship to the University of Washington next year. Salsbury shot a 36, along with Colton McCluskey, Chase Dolliver had a 37, David Smith a 39 and Jr Condon with a 43 in the match Thursday at Meadow Park.

The junior varsity team also won 74-32 to also go to 6-0.
