Enumclaw Gymnasts Win Team District Title
Olivia Bannerot places second in all-around as the Hornets look to repeat at state.
The Enumclaw gymnastics program took another step Saturday night toward becoming repeat state champions by winning the team 2A/3A West Central District title by more than 10 points at Mount Rainier High School in Des Moines.
Olivia Bannerot led the Hornets in scores by placing second in the all-around with 37.525. Enumclaw only in its third year as a school sport is coached by Ben Skipworth.
The Hornets will begin their quest for another state title Friday evening at the Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall. Complete state coverage is available here.
