Yoga is recommended more and more by chiropractors, physical therapist and physicians alike for its ability to heal and restore the body. The majority of the population can relate or share a story of injury do to auto accidents, sports or simply from being out of shape.
This class meets 3 times a week in order to address the three key areas most of us need to focus on.
Mondays - core strength, spine & hip mobility and pelvic stability
Wednesday - neck, shoulders and reducing tension in the body
Friday - posture and balance
Each class will be well balance with a focus on a key area.
Jean Hoiland has been teaching for more than 8 years and has almost 10,000 hours of experience working with a wide variety of ages, fitness levels and abilities.
