<p>Enumclaw Youth and Family Services (EYFS), a private, non-profit resource agency, serves residents in Enumclaw and the Plateau area. A branch of Auburn Youth Resources, EYFS provides case management, substance abuse assistance, youth and family counseling, transitional housing help, and maintains a youth center.</p> <p>The youth center, which is open Mondays through Fridays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on school days, and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays when school is not in session, is a casual hangout and features a television, computers with Internet, arcade games, and free popcorn.</p> <p>EYFS also maintains a separate counseling office at 1029 Cole St. Access is by appointment only.</p> <p>EYFS recently joined with Village Tutors to provide tutoring assistance for students in the Enumclaw School District. </p> <p>EYFS is funded by multiple sources including the city of Enumclaw, United Way, and various grants and donations.</p>
