It replaces the older Enumclaw Regional Hospital across the street, which is set to be razed in order to make room for a new parking structure.</p> <p>Key services include:</p> <ul> <li>24-hour emergency department with a rooftop helipad for medical transport helicopters</li> <li>Private patient rooms</li> <li>Critial care unit</li> <li>Diagnostic imaging (including computed tomography [CT] scans, magnetic resonance imaging [MRI], digital mamography, nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, X-rays)</li> <li>Modern operating rooms for inpatient and outpatient surgeries</li> <li>Endoscopy (gastrointestinal) services</li> <li>Birth center with private labor-delivery rooms and mother-baby suites</li> <li>Cardiopulmonary care</li> <li>Physical therapy</li> <li>Inpatient and Outpatient laboratory services</li> </ul> <p>St. Elizabeth is a critical access hospital in the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) program for hospitals that serve rural areas. </p>
