Rainier on the other. </p> <p>The Expo Center hosts events year-round, but highlights include the King County Fair and the Pacific Northwest Scottish Highland Games & Clan Gathering. The venue is also available for private bookings and events, including weddings and receptions, concerts, dances, meetings and conventions, animal exhibits and shows, trade shows and sporting events.</p> <p>Facilities on-site include both covered and rodeo arenas, barns, a field house, exhibition halls, an RV park, stadium,and Internet access thanks to local Internet Service Provider Skynet Broadband. </p>

Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, covering the west…More side of the Cascades between the Canadian border and Mount Rainier National Park. </p> <p>The Forest Service does not manage Mount Rainier National Park, though recreational opportunities along State Route 410 between Enumclaw and the park's boundaries are overseen by the Service. </p> <p>The office is staffed by rangers and other personnel who can help issue a variety of recreational permits, answer questions about current forest road, trail and weather conditions, as well as provide detailed maps for recreational use. Some souvenirs and other collectibles including books and postcards are also for sale. </p> <p>An impressive cross-section of a now fallen tree is on display towards the rear of the building, with rings highlighted by metal markers illustrating the age of the tree.</p>

Rainier Hills Young Life is a non-denominational Christian outreach group that works with teens. Young Life seeks to…More earn the right to be heard in teens' lives through building bridges of friendship with its adult community mentors.</p> <p>The Rainier Hills Young Life group serves about 400 teens locally and regionally through the work and mentorship of about 40 adult volunteers. The group covers the Plateau area, including Black Diamond, Greenwater, parts of Bonney Lake and all middle and high schools in the Enumclaw and White River school districts.</p> <p>Highlights of Young Life's outreach efforts include its popular summer camps with locations in Eastern Oregon and in British Columbia. Teens are able to help cover expenses through scholarship and ample fundraising opportunities.</p> <p>Young Life also has specific ministries to serve younger, middle-school-aged children as well as teen moms.</p> <p>There are 56 Young Life organizations throughout Washington state. The Rainier Hills chapter of Young Life just celebrated its 30th anniversary serving the Plateau area. Young Life was founded in 1941 and is now found across the U.S. and in more than 70 countries worldwide.</p>
