Enumclaw Youth and Family Services (EYFS), a private, non-profit resource agency, serves residents in Enumclaw andMore the Plateau area. A branch of Auburn Youth Resources, EYFS provides case management, substance abuse assistance, youth and family counseling, transitional housing help, and maintains a youth center.

The youth center, which is open Mondays through Fridays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on school days, and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays when school is not in session, is a casual hangout and features a television, computers with Internet, arcade games, and free popcorn.

EYFS also maintains a separate counseling office at 1029 Cole St. Access is by appointment only.

EYFS recently joined with Village Tutors to provide tutoring assistance for students in the Enumclaw School District. 

EYFS is funded by multiple sources including the city of Enumclaw, United Way, and various grants and donations.
