Kara McKay is devoted to helping others discover their body's way, and create the life they're longing to live!

As the owner of Sacred Sassy Life, she offers personal and group coaching sessions, weekend intensives, and workshops throughout the Puget Sound area. Kara travels internationally facilitating womens retreats and serving as a counselor and coach for the Vividly Woman Community.

She is also a Mom, co-owner of Dick's Barbershop, a Nia Instructor, Yoga Practitioner, Collage Artist, and West Coast Swing dancer!
