As a Realtor since 2003 I found one thing always remains the same:  if you take the time to listen and actively get involved with your clients and treat them as your number one clients at all times, everything will fall into place.  Let’s face it—real estate is not synonymous with the word fun and can be a whirlwind of craziness and stress.  I refuse to let any of that “stuff” get in the way.   Through my real estate career I found a passion in helping others succeed and exploring what makes people “tick”.  As a Certified Market Center and Regional Instructor with my last employer, Keller Williams Realty, I provided training for new and experienced agents in the areas of buyer consultations and how to develop the skills and confidence to effectively consult with buyers. I also provided training to create individual action plans to help Realtors achieve their real estate and personal goals.  Living day to day is one thing but living on purpose is the real deal! When I’m not turning the real estate world upside down, I can be found around town having fun and meeting people.  I am an active volunteer with the 6th Avenue Business District in Tacoma in which my boyfriend is currently the President of as well as a member of the CDA (Cross District Association).  I am also a member of the Tacoma Chamber, a Board Member of the University of Washington Alumni Association and a Committee Member for the North Slope Historic District. As an active member and volunteer of the business district I am passionate about local business and the people and passion behind the business.  Small businesses are a vital part of the community and it is important that we support them.  Go Local! Last but certainly not least you most likely will find me at local restaurants and pubs enjoying spirits and bites.  Cheers to the good life!
